atol() 的原型如下：

该函数可以将字符串转换为长整数。它会对参数 nptr 字符串进行扫描，跳过空白直当遇到数字或正负号字符时开始转换(注意，如果数字字符前面不是空白而是其他字符，那么函数返回的转换结果为 0 )，当再遇到非数字或字符串结束符('\0') 时结束转换，最后返回结果。
